You guys stuck by your warranty, thank you! The technician you sent was Ralph. He was so professional, cleaning up the bathroom so that there was nothing for me to clean. He was also so quiet, I forgot he was there. The job took longer than what he estimated, but I prepared for it to take longer than an hour. I would recommend you guys to everyone needing your service.

The final results of our bath tub jet removal conversion were amazing. Ralph was very professional and thorough. The job was at times noisy and messy. Ralph did an excellent effort to protect areas and items from dust and fumes. Ralph's final clean up was top notch. I'm looking forward to a nice soak in our "new" tub.
