In April 2025, Bathtub Guys reglazed/refinished our cast iron bathtub. In July 2025, we noticed a small amount of glazing had come loose from the tub. I contacted BTG & they responded the same day. We are still under warranty & within a couple hours, they set us up with a date/time to make repairs at ZERO cost to us. Our technician, Alvin, came yesterday & worked six hours, repairing & refinishing the tub. It's obvious that he takes a great deal of pride in a job well done. The tub is pristine & I'm really impressed that BTG honored the warranty so completely. I'm not accustomed to such good customer service. Usually, when warranty work is involved, there's always something to argue about but not this time. Wonderful company. Great product. Reglazing our tub is a whole lot less expensive than buying/installing a new tub. Thank you, BTG!
