Santiago did an excellent job on my old 1989 rusting tub. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. And despite the fact I was getting ready for a total remodel of everything on the second floor, he still taped off everything. Santiago never complained about the tub being on the second floor and having to lug all of the equipment up the stairs. My dog was in his way a few times as he was going up and down the stairs, but Santiago only met her with kindness.

I'm going to echo what I see in all these other reviews - they are awesome. I was able to send pics and get a quote without them even coming out which I think was great (for them and me). Stephen came at the designated time and explained the entire process to me. He helped me understand what to expect. He was super flexible, very professional and just a nice guy. I had painted my sink and got granite countertops but my shower and tub combo was still in great shape, just not the right color. I had it painted white and it looks amazing, I'm so happy. I didn't want to throw out good materials so painting was an excellent alternative. Stephen did an outstanding job. Highly recommend BathTubGuys!
